Use Feedfinder to search by keyword (football, microsoft security, recipes, etc.) or by URL (cnet.com, itu.int, microsoft.com, etc.) or a combination of the two (amazon.com books) in order to find feeds on that topic or by that organization. There are also search engines for content published via web feeds like Feedster or Blogdigger.

How do I find RSS newsfeeds?

Look for this XMLor RSSRSS feed pictograms in news pages of websites, for example Yahoo! news or BBC news and add them to your reader.

On Web pages, web feeds (RSS or Atom) are typically linked with the word "Subscribe", an orange rectangle, a feed icon, or with the letters XMLor RSS. Many news aggregators such as My Yahoo![1] publish subscription buttons (Image:Addtomyyahoo4.gif) for use on Web pages to simplify the process of adding news feeds.

If you click an RSS link, you will see XML (or eXtensible Markup Language) code in your browser. This is to be expected, since you are not meant to view the raw RSS feed in a browser window. To view the headlines, add the feed to an RSS news reader, or to a browser that supports RSS feeds
